Who is Celeste?

My background began in AI and Computational Mathematics, and my early career sat inside the shift where IT and emerging technologies started to reshape how organisations work, lead, and deliver.

Since then, I’ve spent nearly three decades working across complex organisations, both as a consultant and in permanent roles, across the UK and South Africa, spanning Local Government, Retail, FMCG, Higher Education, Financial Services, and Banking.

I’ve lived through the evolution of technology in the workplace: from early IT and the rise of the internet, through large-scale digital transformation, and now the emergence of AI.

What that has shown me is this:

Transformation rarely succeeds because of technology alone.

It succeeds when people trust it, understand it, and can actually use it in the flow of their work.

Adoption is not separate from delivery. It is the outcome.

That is where my work now sits.

I help organisations move from AI strategy to enterprise adoption: making AI work in the real world.

My focus is on identifying real points of friction in how work gets done, translating them into practical AI and workflow use cases, and supporting leaders and teams to adopt them in a way that is structured, governed, and usable at scale.

My background spans enterprise programme and transformation delivery across complex environments, including governance, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale change.

What does AI Advisory look like in practice?

Working with senior leadership across technology, data, and AI, I begin with a structured review of your AI strategy to understand where it is driving value, where it is still forming, and where it is not yet translating into practical, usable action.

From there, I identify practical opportunities, assess readiness and friction, and shape clear recommendations that can be translated into an operational plan and delivered into business as usual.

What do Workshops look like?

Workshops are practical, structured sessions designed to help teams and managers understand where AI can genuinely support the way work gets done.

They cover the basics of how AI has evolved to where it is today, use real workplace examples to bring it to life, and encourage role-specific application so people can connect it to their own work.

From there, we surface friction, identify meaningful use cases, and leave attendees with the clarity and confidence to return to their day-to-day work and start applying AI in a way that feels useful and realistic in practice.
